Meet Chef Craig Kimball
Since 2017 Craig Kimball has been the chef at Mouton B&B. With over 40 years of cooking experience Craig creates delicious meals with local flavor on a daily basis. Craig is no stranger to the Bed & Breakfast business as he owned and ran one in Broussard for over a decade. He also owned a catering company in which he was the exclusive caterer for Chretien Point Plantation in North Louisiana and the Lafayette Diocese.
Three fun facts about Craig:
- In his free time Craig loves to play tennis!
- He also loves hibiscus and has over 170 plants at his home.
- Spending time with his two grandchildren is another favorite pastime.
